Rosanne has created a number of teleometric questionnaires (based on behaviour rather than personality) which are are ideal for assessing strength and development needs. These questionnaires are used both in conjunction with our established leadership and influencing programmes and as stand-alone diagnostic tools (ideal for one to one coaching).

Influencing Styles Questionnaire

Developed to accompany the Cole-McKee Partnership Influence Styles and Strategies programme which is designed for experienced managers and specialists.   It is based on the Influence model developed by Cole-McKee Partnership which in turn is based on up to the minute research into what makes an effective influencer. Influence Energy Questionnaire

A shorter and simpler version of the above questionnaire which is designed to give individuals a picture of how they use their energy as an influencer to assert or respond to others.   It is also based on the Cole-McKee Partnership Influence model. This was initially developed to help a new management team examine their main characteristics as a team.   It can used with existing teams who are experiencing change or facing issues of style.   It is based on the model of High Performance Teams developed by Katzenbach and Smith. Based on research into the competencies demonstrated by top leaders, it assesses the frequency with which individuals exhibit the appropriate behaviour.   It can be used as part of a Cole-McKee Partnership Leadership programme or by individuals being coached on their leadership skills/styles.
