This was initially developed to help a new management team examine their main characteristics as a team. It can used with existing teams who are experiencing change or facing issues of style. It is based on the model of High Performance Teams developed by Katzenbach and Smith.
DESIGNED FOR:
Management teams or project teams who want to examine their style or identify changes in the way in which they work together. It is best used as part of team development and gives participants the opportunity to comment on the contribution from other team members.
