Influence Energy Questionnaire

SUMMARY:
A shorter and simpler version of the above questionnaire which is designed to give individuals a picture of how they use their energy as an influencer to assert or respond to others.   It is also based on the Cole-McKee Partnership Influence model.

DESIGNED FOR:
Individuals who are less experienced at influencing than those attending an Influencing Styles and Strategies programme, and who may be attending an Introduction to Influencing workshop or working on their influence skills as part of a coaching process.   It can be used as a self diagnostic tool or as a 360º questionnaire.
